Embodied practices to transform the way you live and experience life

We live in a culture that often keeps us distracted, disengaged, and disconnected. Daily stress and the constant pull of productivity can make it feel overwhelming (and near impossible) to create space for ourselves.

That's why I guide people to reconnect with themselves and build a sustainable foundation of wellbeing and presence.

Embodied mindfulness practices are at the heart of my work—grounded in the understanding that body, mind and breath are not separate, but continuously communicating and responding as one.

My approach is gentle, welcoming & invitational so that everyone can participate in a way that feels right for them.

I’m available for in-person sessions in Melbourne and the Mornington Peninsula, as well as hosting a variety of online offerings.

  • If you’re curious about exploring together on a one-to-one basis, I’d love to hear from you. Sessions are available in person (Melbourne or Mornington Peninsula) or online.

Whether through mindful movement, Hatha or Yin yoga, breathing explorations, somatic practices, or a gentle weaving of all, our time together offers space to slow down, listen inward, and meet yourself with warmth, gentleness, and compassion.

You’re welcome to reach out with any questions, or simply to sense whether this feels like the right fit.

  • As a trauma-informed practitioner with lived experience, I bring a compassionate approach to supporting individuals and groups navigating mental health, addiction, chronic pain and other challenges.

I create unique and tailored practices weaving together elements of trauma-informed yoga, mindful movement, conscious breathing, myofascial release and mindfulness meditation.

My approach fosters an environment where participants can begin to reclaim a sense of agency over their wellbeing. My sessions create a supportive space where participants are invited to reconnect with their bodies, to gently explore somatic and embodied practices and to learn actionable tools to regulate their nervous systems.

  • Having previously worked as a family law solicitor for almost a decade, I’m familiar with the demands of corporate life, and my approach is both personable and relatable.

My goal is to demystify yoga and meditation, offering accessible, enjoyable practices that are easy to integrate into a full schedule. There's no need to be flexible, sit cross-legged on the floor, or silence thoughts.

I share tools that can help people learn to relax in our overstimulated culture, incorporate movement into sedentary lifestyles, identify and release stress, and learn tangible ways to respond rather than react.

My offerings include breathing practices, evidence-based tools for understanding and regulating your nervous system, somatic (body) based practices, yoga and secular mindfulness meditation techniques that can be done anytime, anywhere.

Whether collaborating directly with your CEO, working closely with your leadership team, or hosting team building workshops with your staff - I’d love to hear from you.

  • Do you breathe consciously — or with intention? Many of us don’t. Yet the breath is a gateway to true wellbeing and transformation.

These sessions are gentle explorations and inquiries — opportunities to meet your breath, reconnect with it, and reclaim its natural ease.

Most of us are born with the ability to breathe freely and expansively. Over time, however, life can introduce restrictions and habitual patterns that limit our breathing, affecting our wellbeing and daily life — often in ways we aren’t fully aware of.

These practices aren’t about adding effort, holding your breath, or mastering complicated techniques. They’re about unlearning the habits that constrict your breath and rediscovering its natural dance.

Through this work, you can access your body’s vitality, support your nervous system, and navigate life’s stressors with more steadiness and ease.

You’re invited to breathe with our global community of luxurious breathers every week on Insight Timer - Mondays at 7am AEDT.

  • Mindful movement is meditation in motion — a gentle, grounding way to reconnect with yourself.

In a world that constantly pulls at our attention and keeps our systems switched on, many people find traditional seated meditation challenging or even overwhelming. For some, stillness can feel inaccessible or unsettling. Mindful movement offers another way in.

These practices weave together simple, accessible movement with mindful awareness, inviting you to meditate as your body.

As you move, you begin to notice patterns with curiosity, learn to befriend your nervous system and cultivate steadiness in the midst of stress. What once felt like obstacles — restlessness, discomfort, distraction — can become powerful allies on the path toward a life of more presence.

If you’ve ever thought, “I can’t meditate”, or “I don’t have time”, these offerings are for you. Together, we’ll build a meditation practice that feels accessible, supportive, and genuinely nourishing.

You’re invited to explore my library of gentle meditative and mindful movement practices on Insight Timer.

  • Yin Yoga is the practice of slowing down on purpose.

Through long-held, supported shapes, Yin invites you to explore the deeper layers of body and mind. It’s not about achieving the “perfect” shape or being highly flexible. It’s about listening. Feeling. Allowing.

For me, Yin is an embodied mindfulness practice — a way of tending to yourself with care, warmth, and steady attention. In a culture that constantly pulls us outward, this practice offers a deliberate return inward, while gifting the physical body release, softening, and restoration.

Each session is thoughtfully woven with creative themes, elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine, mindfulness teachings, and poetry — adding depth, texture, and meaning to your experience on the mat.

You’re invited to step into the understated magic of Yin and relearn the art of rest in a world that rarely pauses.

  • My teaching is inspired by Hatha yoga, Qigong, and somatic practices that support you to reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence.

Sessions are designed to support your unique body. You’re invited to move in ways that genuinely work for you — something that isn’t always easy to access in a traditional studio setting. The focus is on how the shapes and movements feel, rather than how they look.

Choice and agency are the cornerstones of every practice, helping you cultivate healthy boundaries and deepen your capacity for discernment.

No yoga experience or flexibility is required. Come exactly as you are.

Feel. Sense. Explore. Reconnect with your body — and begin to truly know yourself.

Many people miss out on themselves completely as they journey through life. They know others, they know places, they know skills, they know their work, but tragically, they do not know themselves at all.
